RESTORATIONS   

I can also produce quality "off the production line" restorations.  Either totally original, sixties custom, dealer specials or even fully Mod-style with mirrors, spotlights and whip aerial.  I have a fully equipped paintshop, blast unit and polishing shop.

• Bead Blasting - frames, bodywork etc. blasted before painting plus ENGINECASES restored to original finish ready for rebuilding. Scooter bodywork £100, Engine cases and Mag housings £36
• Powder Coating - complete scooters - prices from £200 - 80 colours. Or just forks, hubs, ancilliaries etc. - £100
• Engine Rebuilds - All engines are stripped, degreased and blasted like new. All threads are checked and recoiled, craks TIG welded and all nuts, bolts, linkages etc. REZINCED. All components are checked for ware and replaced. - Labour on rebuilds from £50
